The Next Chapter

I have been waiting over a year to release original visual art to the world. I had to battle myself. My demons. Those nasty, insignificant voices that say “you’re just a dancer”.
When those voices pick at me (what I perceive the world sees me as) I have to remind myself that Dance is only one of my mediums. I AM A STORYTELLER. And just as the stage is my canvas and my body is the paintbrush, I am very capable and allowed to do the same with a traditional canvas.
I can heal, and work through my trauma and express my joy, with my hands. I can, and have. I’m ready for the world to see what new things Trevor Miles’ hands are capable of.
